Petitioner Priyanka has come up before this Court seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner as she apprehends danger at the hands of respondent nos. 7 to 14. Notice of motion to official respondents no. 1 to 6. Service of other respondents is dispensed with. Ms. Ashima Mor, APP, UT Chandigarh puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of official respondents no. 1 and 2.

CRWP No. 7555 of 2020 (O&M) -2Mr. Jagmohan Ghuman, DAG Punjab puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of official respondents nos. 3 to 6. Let copies of the paper book be supplied to them. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the records, the present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 6 to ensure due protection of life and personal liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent nos. 7 to 14 and to act on her representations/complaints Annexure P/9 and P11 fully in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. However, this would not come in the way of any civil dispute between the petitioner and her representative or private respondents and their representatives. The petition stands disposed off.
