(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh submits that present petitioner-Surjan Singh has died on 28.5.2021 and copy of death certificate is produced and the same is taken o n record. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in this regard or to implead the LRs of the petitioner.

In view of the above as the petitioner has died, the present petition stands disposed of.
