Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the list of shortlisted candidates issued for recruitment to the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor pursuant to the advertisement dated 31.01.2019, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 refers to para 6 and 7 of the short reply dated 19.04.2021 to state that all selected candidates fulfill the essential qualifications and no candidate has been selected who did not fulfill the qualifications or did not have the required experience and Vishal Sharma was selected in the BC category after verifying his said certificate. It is an admitted case of the petitioners that they had 34, 32, 48, 38 marks, respectively, in the general category, while the last selected candidate had 54 and in BC was 45, vide Annexure P-2, and there were no separate marks to be awarded for number of years of experience as the minimum was only 1. To these facts there was no counter filed.
