(Oral) Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the impugned order dated 05.12.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby the Appellate Court had set aside the well reasoned order dated 08.02.2013 passed by the JMIC in an application seeking providing separate accommodation to the petitioner and her children in the matrimonial home.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all disputes between the parties have been settled. Learned counsel accordingly pray that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending misc. applications also stand disposed of.
