The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to record the petitioners as owner of the land as mentioned in head note of the petition which was purchased by them after paying ` 1.77 crores to respondent No. 4-Bank in pursuance to the settlement dated 21.10.2014 (Annexure P-13) entered into between respondents No. 4 and 5.
