Mr. R.S. Pandher, Sr. DAG, Punjab ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This writ petition has been filed by as many as 9 Beldars who are alleged to have been working in the Department of Forest. They pray for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to regularize their services.

While contesting the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner No.7 has never worked in the department and the remaining petitioners are way below in the priority list prepared for regularization of services of daily wage employees.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, if so advised, may avail alternative remedy.

Disposed of accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
