***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Divanshu Jain, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. As per observations made in the order dated 28.08.2023, both the counsel have submitted that they have no objection, if the six months period is granted for vacation of the suit property. In view of the submission aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner has further stated that if the time was granted, he is ready to withdraw the present revision petition.

In view of the statement, so made, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised, on the terms that the petitioner shall handover the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 31.03.2024. However, in the interregnum period, the petitioner shall continue to pay the accrued rent of the demised premises on 7th of each month, till the possession is handed over to the respondent/landlord.
