The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 0006 dated 12.01.2024 under Section 380, 448, 511 read with Section 34 of the IPC (Sectioin 411 and 201 IPC added subsequently) registered at Police Station Koomkalan, Ludhiana as well as quashing of Challan alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas available to them, in accordance with law.
