(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that despite the fact that he has been acquitted, vide judgment dated 25.11.2014 in a criminal case vide F.I.R No. 146 dated 04.06.2008 u/s 406/409/420/120B IPC, his suspension period has not been treated as duty period and has not been granted 1st ACP after 05 years of service. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representations (P-4 to P-6).
