The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.202 dated 17.5.2019 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 377, 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2.

Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft of `25,000/- to the complainant, which has been accepted by her.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pammi has informed that petitioner Pushpinder Kaur has been declared innocent. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is not required for any investigation. 4.
