In compliance of order dated 12.05.2025, the detenue has been produced by SI-Kamalpreet Kaur in the Court today. She made a statement in the Court today that she has married to Mohd. Azaz Kadri and living with her own free will. She further states that she does not want to go to her parent's house.

Keeping in view the statement of the detenue today made in the Court, the petition stands disposed of. However, in case, there is any threat to the detenue from the private respondent at any stage, the detenue is at liberty to move an application as per law.
