After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the release of amount in civil proceedings which are pending between the parties. Disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid in accordance with law. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner in any subsequent proceedings because there is no adjudication on merits.
