CWP No.12493 of 2015 Instant writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to distribute the land, articles belonging to the existing Gram Panchayat, Gram Fund, Bank balance, grants received from Government from time to time to the petitioner Gram Panchayat on the basis of ratio of population as required under Section 3(3)(ii)(b) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
In pursuance of notice of motion, respondents No.1 to 6 have filed reply, same is taken on record.
