CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Puneet Nagpal, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is listed today on the request made by counsel for the petitioner, but the petitioner has not come to the Court with clean hands because his result was announced on 20.05.2015 and made known to him on 01.06.2015. The 1st counselling took place between 10.06.2015 to 13.06.2015 in which the petitioner could not get a seat in the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He waited upto 17.06.2015 when the 2nd counselling took place in which also he could not get admission in the college of his choice i.e. National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed in which hue and cry has been made in regard to correctness of the question paper and the answers.
If the petitioner was so aggrieved, he should have come to the Court even before the 1st counselling but he has approached the Court after taking his chance in both the counsellings and when he could not make his place in the college of his choice, the present writ petition has been filed, which is apparently an abuse of the process of law. Thus, this petition is dismissed on this ground alone. June 17, 2015 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge
