 On 01.10.2021, 25.10.2021 and 08.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today, position remains the same.

A perusal of the status report filed by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Nabha, District Patiala, would reveal that the alleged detenue was involved in case bearing FIR No.104 dated 18.08.2021, under Section 377 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act,2012, registered at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala; that being a juvenile, the alleged detenue was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, and ultimately sent to the Observation Home, Shimlapuri, PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.14 05:24 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRWP-7931-2021 /2/ Ludhiana; that the detenue was neither forcibly kept in the police station nor handcuffed by the police officials.

In view of the status report, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
