Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ex-gratia payment of `3,00,000/- has been released to the petitioner. Appointment on compassionate basis to the post of Peon has been offered to the petitioner's son on 14.12.2015. It is submitted that petitioner's son is entitled to be appointed on the post of Fireman.

However, in view of substantial relief having been afforded to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to agitate the claim of appointment of her son to the post of Fireman if permissible under the law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) December 17 , 2015.
