(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.165 dated 11.06.2021 under Sections 376(2)(N), 506, 323 IPC registered at Police Station Sector-17, HUDA, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising there from.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
