(ORAL) The present petition has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 12.12.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby respondents have been acquitted of the charges framed against them in a criminal case FIR No. 115 dated 12.06.2010 under Sections 498A, 406, 511 read with Section 34 of IPC, at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib; and judgment dated 10.11.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby the appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 12.12.2014, has been dismissed. This is a revision of the year 2017. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued in this case and the matter has been adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 13.07.2018, 17.09.2018, 29.11.2018, 24.02.2020, 05.07.2022 and 22.08.2023.
