The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5535-2024, whereby respondents were directed to pass a fresh order after considering the claim of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5535-2024, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 30.07.2024 has been passed by the District Elementary Education Officer, Gurugram. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to the learned VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.29 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, since order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5535-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 30.07.2024.
