(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 02.06.2023 (Annexure P-2), order dated 12.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Bawal, order dated 21.06.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Collector, Bawal and order dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly stated that after the filing of the present writ petition, the Sanad Taksim has already been issued and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to lay challenge to the Sanad Taksim before the appropriate revisional authority.
