[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 138 dated 29.04.2020 under Sections 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption At, 1988, registered at Police Station Murthal, Sonepat. [3] This Court vide order dated 24.09.2020 granted the interim bail to the petitioner subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from D.S.P. Vipin Kadian submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, co-operating and deposited original property papers.
