(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioners is that they were engaged as Sweepers on 03.03.2010 and January 2012 and thereafter, in August, 2013, they were replaced by another set of contractual employee. Some of the co-workers filed CWP No. 14739 of 2013 before this Court and this Court vide order dated 19.02.2015 gave directions to the respondents to take appropriate steps in rectifying the illegal action in respect of replacing them with similar situated employees. Thereafter, they were appointed on 30.04.2015. Petitioners are seeking benefit of the above said judgment being similarly situated employees. Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents GAURAV ARORA 2016.07.08 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
