RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents and to take action on the representation dated 10.06.2019 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner and further, to complete inquiry into DDR No. 20 dated 03.05.2019 (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel contends that in view of directions of this Court vide order dated 13.06.2019, an FIR was registered and after due investigation, cancellation report has been filed on 21.12.2019. In view of the above factual aspect, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
