V.
STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS.
...RESPONDENTS...
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: Proxy counsel for Mr. Sanjeev Kr. Panwar, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) CRM-24043-2018 Prayer in this application has been made for condonation of delay of 446 days in filing the main revision petition. Heard.
The grounds mentioned in the application for condonation of delay are totally unreasonable, unbelievable and are being taken since last 2-3 decades in general by almost every litigant. Much water has already flown. Now, it is the need of hour that the litigant may not be accommodated in the matters of condonation of delay on the basis of false and frivolous pleas. Since no cogent reason or plausible explanation has been furnished by the applicant for condonation of delay in filing this revision petition, therefore, the application is dismissed. Resultantly, accompanying revision is also dismissed. 25.02.2019 (RAMENDRA JAIN) sonika JUDGE whether speaking/reasoned:
