Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order dated 10.02.2009, whereby the claim of the petitioner for appointment of Lecturer in Information Technology in Ex-servicemen Quota on contractual basis, has been rejected.

Learned State counsel refers to para 1 of the preliminary submission of the rejoinder to the replication dated 10.03.2010, filed by Additional Director, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab to state that Amrit Kaur, Gurjot Kaur and Rashmi Verma, had obtained 8, 6 and 7 marks respectively in interview and secured overall 52.87, 52.57 and 50.96 marks respectively,, whereas, those of petitioner were 43.50, however, those persons were also not appointed.

The plea raised in the petition of having been given less marks in the interview, and thus there was some flaw in the process or unfairness and in MOHIT 2025.05.20 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
