Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Advocate, for respondent No.4. PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) whereby respondent No.4 has been appointed as Administrator to execute the development works within 60 days. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Perusal of the record shows that no Administrator has been appointed in accordance with law instead a Government official has been authorized to work for 60 days for completion of development work and utilization of the grants. No date having been mentioned from which the official has been authorized, it is presumed to be from the date of RAVINDER SINGH 2016.03.16 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP No.12579 of 2015 impugned order dated 03.06.2015. Since 60 days have already expired, the concerned employee ceases to perform his duties assigned vide order dated 03.06.2015.
