H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This revision petition has been filed by complainant - prosecutrix against order passed by the trial Court vide which an application filed by her seeking permission to place on record documents i.e. complaints given to SSP, Bhiwani, statements of witnesses recorded and report of Police, obtained under RTI Act and to summon the witnesses of relevant documents, had been dismissed. I have gone through the impugned order. The trial Court has given proper reasoning in rejecting the application, coming to the conclusion that no fruitful purpose would be served by allowing the documents sought to be produced when FIR No. 445 dated 14.8.2016, under Sections 376(2) and 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar, Rohtak is just a transfer of FIR No. 68 got registered against the accused at Banita Chugh 2018.07.17 18:12 I am the author of this document
CRR No. 2301 of 2018 -2Bhiwani and same was transferred to SSP, Rohtak on the point of jurisdiction.
I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, which might have called for interference by this Court while exercising the revisional jurisdiction.
The revision petition stands dismissed.
