**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 14.03.2022 passed by Permanent Lok Adalat, Mansa.

The Permanent Lok Adalat while accepting the application under Section 22 (C) of the Legal Services Authorities Act filed by respondents No.2 and 3 has directed release of tubewell connection to the land of respondents No.2 and 3 situated in village Jhunir, District Mansa. Similar case on the same facts i.e. CWP No.16313 of 2022 filed by the present petitioners has been dismissed on 28.07.2022.

CWP No. 16561 of 2022 -2Learned counsel for the petitioners has raised similar arguments in the present case also.

The Permanent Lok Adalat on the basis of jamabandi for the year 2012-13 has rightly come to the conclusion that the land of respondents No.2 and 3 is situated in village Jhunir, Tehsil Sardulgarh, District Mansa and the claim of the present petitioners that the land is situated in District Mansa is totally unfounded.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to address arguments on the basis of notification which was never produced before the Permanent Lok Adalat.

For the reasons recorded in order dated 28.07.2022 passed in CWP No.16313 of 2022, this writ petition is also dismissed.
