***** JASPAL SINGH, J (Oral) The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned order dated 08.07.2015 (Annexure P-8) vide which recovery of Rs.61,890/- has been ordered to be effected on account of excess payment of leave encashment. AND further directing the respondents to refund the same along with interest @ 12% per annum and to grant interest on delayed payment of gratuity.
