The same is taken on record.

CWP No. 12600 of 2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 18.06.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby, the petitioners, who are a couple, were transferred.

While issuing notice of motion on 24.06.2015, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, who are husband and wife, will retire in the months of July and August, 2015, respectively. The father of petitioner No.1, who is 95 years old, is completely bed ridden and is dependent on SHIVANI GUPTA 2015.09.10 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

the petitioners even for doing daily chores.

Notice of motion for 10.09.2015.

In the meanwhile, operation of impugned order dated 18.06.2015 (Annexure P-4) is stayed qua the petitioners only."

As per the version of the petitioners themselves, they were to retire in July and August, 2015.
