By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioner - Anil Kumar, aged about 42 years, seeks directions to official respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against private respondents No.5 to 8 for registration of the FIR, keeping in view the representation dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) and reminder dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-4).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
