(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for setting aside the order dated 02.05.2016 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2 whereby petitioner has been ordered to vacate the residential house.
