**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.6 filed repeated false and frivolous complaints and the same were found to be baseless. In the event of finding the complaints to be false, respondents No.3 to 5 were under legal obligation to take lawful action under Section 182 IPC. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Ms. Aakanksha, A.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that precisely for the claim in question, his representations dated 31.05.2022, 13.06.2022 and 14.06.2022 are pending before the police authorities.
