*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that order dated 18.5.2022 shall not apply to Reclamation Suits as is evident from the language thereof and, thus, withdrawal of the benefit granted to the petitioners before completion of three years is illegal.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Arun K. Kaundal, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and waives service and submits on instructions from Mr. Jaskaran Singh, SDO, Canal Sub Division, Gidderbaha, that no action is being taken against Cultivators who have been granted the benefit of Reclamation Suits.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
