The petitioner's only remedy will be to give a response in the manner contemplated by the relevant Regulations within the time stipulated of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the notice. On such representation, the Corporation is bound to make a final order. If there is any delay in giving a representation, the delay be condoned and the petitioner may give a representation within a week which will be considered and the decision shall be communicated to the petitioner. 2.
