The learned trial Court concerned, is also directed to, within four months hereafter, conclude the trial, as, arises from FIR No. 202 of 21.07.2020, which was registered at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal, constituting therein offences under Sections 302/120-B-216, 34 of the IPC, and, under Sections 25(1), 27-54-59 of the Arms Act.
