***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Due to prevailing situation of COVID-19, matter has been heard through Video Conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition for regular bail at this stage. However, he submits that the petitioner has been incarcerated for almost six years. The trial has not concluded.

Mr. Sharma submits that in case any prosecution evidence has not been led till now, efforts shall be made to conclude the same at the earliest preferably within three months. He submits that he shall apprise the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa in this regard. In view of the statement made by Mr. Sharma, no further order needs to be passed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
