(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents in not granting the arrears of revised pay scale w.e.f 01.02.1981 as the similar benefit has already been extended to one similarly situated employee, vide judgment dated 28.10.2014 (P-4) Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 04.03.2015 (P-5) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, in accordance with Rules/law.
