RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to decide the ROR No.202 of 2020-21, expeditiously in a time-bound manner.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had assailed the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by learned Commissioner by way of revision petition. He submits that he filed the revision petition on 01.06.2021 but till date the same has not even been listed before the competent authority. He further submits that stay application has also been filed by the petitioners and the same is also pending consideration before respondent No.1. He submits that non-listing of the revision petition has defeated the valuable right of the petitioner and hence the same be directed to be decided.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Haryana, Mini Secretariat, Sector 17, Chandigarh, to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioners expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
