Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/release the benefits as per clause 11 of the Teacher Transfer Policy, 2016 as well as letter dated 10.05.2018, Annexure P-4, issued by the Director, Elementary Education. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 30.04.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 30.04.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2-Director General, Elementary School Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
