(ORAL) The Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, has also joined the proceedings in compliance of the order dated 27.01.2022. His affidavit as well as the requisite report of the FSL are already available on the file and the same are taken on the record.

Learned State counsel as well as the above-said Police Officer, apprise the Court that three accused namely Inderpal, Sundra and Soni have already been arrested in connection with the present case whereas four accused namely Kavita, Satbir, Raj Kumari and Ganga Ram have been found to be innocent during the investigation and the police report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C shall be prepared and presented before the competent Court in accordance with law.

In view of the afore-discussed submissions as made by learned State counsel as well as S.P. Rohtak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the above-named four accused, who have been found by the Investigating Agency to be innocent, are concerned, the petitioner would be availing/ resorting to the appropriate and efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to her under law, in respect of her grievance qua them and hence, this petition may be disposed of.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of accordingly. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 02.03.2022.
