(Oral)   Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 15.05.2023 (Annexure P-5), whereby respondent No.3 has appointed respondent No.5 as administrator, despite the fact that Gram Panchayat of village Sultani, Block Dorangla, District Gurdaspur is working with complete quorum.
