(Oral) In deference to the order dated 18.05.2015, Mr.Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the order dated 21.05.2015 passed by the University, whereby it has been resolved to grant the service benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered by her deceased-husband, subject to the conditions like; (i) submission of original death certificate of her husband, and (ii) completion of other office formalities and procedures as per University rules. These conditions have been imposed as the deceased-employee had not opted for pension rather had opted for CPF.

CWP No.15856 of 2013 [2] We appreciate the gesture shown by the University. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the requisite certificate and complete other official formalities within a period of two weeks. Upon doing so, we direct the University-authorities to release the requisite benefits within a period of two months.
The writ petition stands allowed in the above terms.
