**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 31.08.2021, learned State counsel sought time to have instructions with regard to the averments made in the writ petition.

The present petition has been filed for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter/order dated 02.07.2021 issued by the Deputy Director (Admin-S.S.)/respondent No.2, whereby the committee was constituted and the said committee was obligated to give recommendations to the Director for reinstating/re-engaging respondent No.5 in service.

CWP-16750-2021  Feeling aggrieved against such contemplation, the petitioner even filed a representation to the Deputy Director, NHM, Haryana on 09.08.2021 before filing the present writ petition.

Today, learned State counsel submits that the committee constituted vide order dated 02.07.2021 has not deliberated upon any such recommendation to propose reengagement of respondent No.5. Learned State counsel further submits that the present writ petition has been filed purely on unfounded apprehension.

Faced with the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
