As per office report dated 05.07.2023, placed on the file of present case, it is noticed by this Court that against the impugned order dated 25.05.2023, two petitions have been filed. At the first instance, CR-36752023 was instituted through Tanmoy Gupta, Advocate, in which notice of motion has already been issued for 19.07.2023. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that without there being complete instructions from the petitioner, and due to inadvertent mistake; but under the bona fide belief, second revision petition i.e. CR-3736-2023 (present one) was also instituted.

In the given circumstances, there is no other option with the petitioner except to seek withdrawal of second petition i.e. CR-3736-2023. 3.

Ms. Nandini Gupta, counsel for the petitioner requests for allowing her to withdraw the present revision petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
