This Court has heard the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length and has gone through the record carefully.

On a perusal of the impugned order, though this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the same, as it appears that the petitioner has been moving applications for seeking exemption on previous occasions also and that is why, the learned appellate Court has dismissed his application, however, keeping in view the fact that he is ready to join the proceedings before the learned appellate Court and to abide by terms and conditions to be imposed upon him, the petition is disposed of by giving a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned appellate Court on or before 07.05.2026 i.e. the next date fixed before it and on his doing so, learned appellate Court shall admit him to bail on his furnishing fresh personal as well
