In pursuance to the order dated 21.09.2020, the Warrant Officer has submitted his report dated 24.09.2020 in a sealed cover. The same is ordered to be opened and is taken on record. A perusal of the report shows that detenue has been released from the illegal custody of respondents No.3 to 6.

Counsel for the petitioner confirms this fact and submits that the petitioner and detenue are living together as husband and wife. He further submits that the petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
