**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.198, dated 01.05.2024, under Section 379-B IPC and Section 411 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar District Yamuna Nagar. This Court vide order dated 02.07.2024, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 02.07.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Kewal Singh does not controvert the said fact and further submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 02.07.2024 is made absolute.
