RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation in case FIR No.0240, dated 18.06.2021, under Sections 354-B, 323, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that investigation in this case is complete and challan is already presented.

In view of the above statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available to her in accordance with law. August 26, 2021 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
