The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.51 dated 24.04.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur. 2.
By an order dated 14.06.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and had further directed him to join investigation.
