The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.51 dated 24.04.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur. 2.

By an order dated 14.06.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and had further directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and all articles have been recovered.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and a compromise has also been entered into between the petitioner and the complainant, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 14.06.2019 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
